Steve is the founder and CEO of HCAP Group, a Sydney based group of companies focussing on Property Development and Asset Management. He co-founded and is Chairman of Australasian Property Partners and before that Steve’s career was largely focussed on Asian debt and equity trading and investing.  Steve has also held director level positions with several international banks.

With over 35 years of market experience, Steve brings discipline, rigor and a strong focus on risk management.

Rastislav has a diverse background and extensive knowledge across a wide range of financial products, property and software tools. His experience spans over 22 years in funds management, brokerage and property development. His proficiencies include project management, quantitative computer modelling and programming skills. Rastislav focuses on running operations, management systems and successfully delivering projects for the group. In his previous roles he designed and created proprietary database information systems for portfolio monitoring and risk management. He also developed and implemented sophisticated database models, screening and analytical tools to aid the investment process, risk and portfolio management of HCAP Group’s range of businesses. Rastislav designed and co-developed HCAP’s Presales Management Portal.

Pierce has joined HCAP Group in 2012, initially assisting HCAP’s sister company Australasian Property Partners. Since 2015 Pierce focuses on core HCAP’s activities. He is responsible for managing compliance within HCAP Group, including HCAP’s AFSL regulatory requirements. Pierce has been critical in HCAP’s success to date by also covering several roles including assisting with building design, marketing, risk analytics and many other functions.
